1, High pressure gas cylinders must be categorized and separate storagey. Fix steadily when placed upright. Cylinders should be away from heat sources in order to avoid exposure and strong vibration.
2, Pressure reducer of high pressure gas cylinder is dedicated. The fastener should be tightened during installation to prevent leakage. Turning on and off pressure reducer and switching valve, the action must be slow; Turn the switch valve after opening pressure reducer; When not in use, turn off the switch valve, exhausted residual gas, and then turn off pressure reducer. Must not only turn off pressure reducer, not shut-off valve.
3, When using high pressure gas cylinders, the operator should stand on the position perpendicular to the cylinder interface. Do not knock and hit in operation. Check if leaking frequently, adn note that the pressure gauge reading.
4, Oxygen cylinder or hydrogen cylinder, should be equipped with special tool, and are prohibited from contact with the oil. The operator can not wear stained with various oils or easily induced to the static clothing and gloves, so as not to cause a fire or explosion.
5, Flammable gas and combustion gas cylinders, is greater than the distance of ten meters form fire (when difficult to achieve, can take quarantine measures).
6, The cylinders should be required to leave a residual pressure over 0.05MPa after using.
7, Various cylinders must be carried out technical checks regularly. If found serious corrosion or serious injury in use, it should be checked in advance.
